Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Calwest University website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
Calwest University programs are available exclusively to members of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA). Enrollment requires valid ICMA membership and meeting the admission requirements for the chosen program.
Enrollment and Payment
By submitting an application and payment, you are entering into an agreement with Calwest University for the provision of educational services. All fees are as published on the Fee Structure page. The Program Registration Fee is non-refundable. Other fees are subject to the Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, slide presentations, quizzes, assessments, and content provided through Calwest University's learning platform are the intellectual property of Calwest University and its faculty. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without prior written consent.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to adhere to the Student Conduct policy. Academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, and unauthorized collaboration, will result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal from the program.

No program at Calwest is designed to lead to positions in a profession, occupation, trade, or career field requiring licensure in the State of California.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
Changes to Terms
Calwest University reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
