Student Administration Team Support
As Calwest is an online university in which students undertake their degree programs in a self-paced environment, it is expected that students are largely self-sufficient on academic learning matters. However, there is a dedicated student administration support team to provide support throughout their program on IT and logistical issues that invariably arise, helping to ensure successful completion of their degree.
Placement Support
Placement support is available for USA residents only at the time of degree completion. Please note that employment is not guaranteed. Calwest University provides guidance and resources to assist students in their job search, but placement outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions.
Online Administrative Ease
All administrative processes — including enrollment, course registration, payments, and document requests — are handled fully online for the convenience of our distance-learning students.
Technical Support (24/7)
Technical support is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist students with any issues relating to the Tubeclasses learning management system or other online platforms.
Academic Help (24/7)
Students have 24/7 access to course PowerPoint presentations and other learning materials. Automated responses are available for common academic queries at any time.
Services Not Provided
- ESL (English as a Second Language) services are not provided. Students are expected to have sufficient English proficiency to undertake their program of study.
- Visa services are not provided. As a fully online institution, Calwest does not issue student visas or provide immigration support.
